Errol J Stern., M.D.    August 9, 1944 - April 2, 2016

Age 71 of Cincinnati, Ohio, passed away peacefully on April 2, 2016. He is survived by his loving family: his wife Leslie McIntosh, children Michelle Canfield and her husband Damon Canfield, Bret Stern, Patricia Congdon, Carlie Congdon, and grandchildren Griffin and Tate Canfield. Dr. Stern graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine and was passionate about his career as an orthopedic surgeon. He especially loved his home in Amberley Village, spending time with his family, and going to lunch with his friends.
