Proud Navy veteran, beloved husband of Beverly Hostiuck (nee Grote), loving father of Angela (Marc) Bloom and Todd Hostiuck, dear grandfather of Sydney, Chase, and Genevieve "Gigi" Bloom, brother of Linda (Richard) Fink. A long-time resident of Cincinnati, OH, currently of Woodstock, GA, passed away on Tuesday, February 16, 2016 at the age of 72. Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 21, 2016 from 5:00 to 6:00 pm immediately followed by the Memorial Service in the Lakeside Funeral Home Chapel. Interment to follow on Monday at 10:00 am at The Georgia National Cemetery, Canton, GA. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Gentiva Hospice Foundation, 3350 Riverwood Parkway, Suite 1400, Atlanta, GA. 30339.
