Schwartz, established in 1929 by his father, Joseph Schwartz and former Juvenile Court Judge Benjamin S. Schwartz. His practice includes: real estate, probate, contracts, and entertainment law. 
He has been a Director of The Foundation Savings Bank since 1967, general counsel since 1971, and Chairman of the Board for eight years. 
Mr. Schwartz was also on the City Council and served as Mayor of Golf Manor from 1973 to 1980, during which time he also served on many community and civic boards.
